Pacer Haris Rauf signed by Melbourne Stars for upcoming BBL season
|We are eager to see Haris Rauf play once again with the Melbourne Stars. The Pakistani fast bowler has been booked for the on-going cricket Big Bash League (BBL) season.
The Lahore Qalandar’s amazing player showed astonishing performance for the BBL match two years ago for the first time during the tournament’s ninth season. In addition, one more talented Lahore Qalandars player, Syed Faridoun, has also premiered from the platform of Melbourne Stars.
The right-arm fast bowler will play his first match against Brisbane Heat on 27 December. Rauf will be a part of the team till the end of the tournament. Nevertheless, Covid protocols-19 will be considered to subject for his participation in the BBL league’s matches.

He was signed by Melbourne Stars as a replacement for Dale Steyn for 2019 Big Bash League. In the recently concluded T20I World Cup, he performed well and finished the competition with 8 wickets at an economy rate of 7.30. He continued his excellent form in the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh.
Haris Rauf, who has a tremendous speed above 150kph, thrills with his outstanding performance. He also made appearance for Pakistan in the on-going T20I series against West Indies played in Pakistan.
