All-rounder Mohammad Nabi re-signs for Melbourne Renegades for upcoming BBL season
|Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi has signed another one-year deal for Melbourne Renegades. The 35-year old will be looking to make an impact with bat and ball in the upcoming edition of Big Bash League.
After his signing, this will be Mohammad Nabi’s fourth season with Melbourne Renegades this year. He is expected to fly to Australia after completing his stint with Sunrisers Hyderabad in the ongoing Indian Premier League.
Currently, he is number one ranked all-rounder in the T20 format with 294 points to his name. After retiring from Test cricket, Mohammad Nabi has decided to concentrate on white-ball cricket especially playing in domestic T20 Leagues across the globe.
He has played 27 matches for Melbourne Renegades and claimed 21 wickets to his name. With the bat, Mohammad Nabi is averaging 30 with a strike-rate of 131.
