Afghan Cricket Board cuts cricketing ties with Pakistan due to Kabul attacks

Afghan Cricket Board has annulled all its agreements with Pakistan in terms of playing bilateral series after a brutal terrorist attack that rocked the city of Kabul. The decision was taken as Pakistan Security Agencies were believed to be linked to the gruesome attack. Media Director for Afghan Cricket Board said that in wake of such attacks we have decided to terminate all kinds of cricketing ties with Pakistan Cricket Board.

Pakistan cricket is already under a lot of crises as Bangladesh refused to tour the country for a bilateral series. Afghanistan joins Bangladesh and India to become the third county to cut off cricketing ties with Pakistan. Afghan President Ashraf Ghani stated that strong corrective measures will be taken with those who carried out the attacks in the city of Kabul.
